Michael was amazing through the entire process of buying our home. He took care of everything which helped relieve stress from us. He was extremely prepared for all the properties that we visited. Our entire experience with Michael Jenkins has been a blessing. Being 2000 miles away, it was vital we had an agent that would have our best interest in mind. We were focused on a certain market for size of property and home.

From the very first phone call between Mr. Jenkins and ourselves, we could tell that he was compassionate to our needs and would give us the proper attention we needed from across the country.

Within hours of our interest in a property, Mr Jenkins was on site (which was a considerable drive) and gave us a review of the property we were interested in. From then on, he represented us in communicating with the selling agent. His market research and recommendation for an offer price was done within hours. It ended up being the accepted offer.

I cannot over state Michael's demeanor and personal touches in dealing with his customers. He always has recomendations for next steps and is embedded within the real estate community and the folks that service it. We always felt that he was interested in our well being. We cannot thank him enough.

As I write this, we are completing some final personal touches to our new home, out in the country.....peaceful. We have Mr. Michael Jenkins to thank for that!
